This will be a highly informative session on the basics of home composting. The major elements of the class will be:

- Compost Bin Set Up and hot pile demonstration
- Create habitat for fungi, bacteria, and beneficial bugs and worms to decompose organic matter
- How to Choose a system to fit your lifestyle
- Homemade or store bought bins/choices
- Maintenance, harvesting and troubleshooting
