Domestic Shipments

Ship dates vary depending on your climate zone. Regan ships roses from mid January through late April. Roses are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. For customers in cold weather areas, the roses will be carefully packaged while still dormant, and put into cold storage. These will then be shipped in your requested delivery window. International Shipments

Before ordering from outside the United States, please contact us. Your order must be quoted on an individual basis. You must check with your country's agricultural department for import restrictions and requirements. This is because all international shipments must be accompanied by a Phyto Certificate*. (Add $35 to $40 per order for the Certificate.) When you know your country's requirements, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get just the rose you want.

Confirming success with Mail Order Bare Root Roses

Because live plants are both fragile and expensive to ship, we only offer bareroot roses through mail order. We are members of the Mail Order Gardeners Association, whose goal is to provide you with the finest gardening products, information, and services.
