The Nursery is Bursting with Fabulous Plants Right Now!

The nursery is BULGING with fabulous new product right now.  We have many thousands of fresh container roses available, of every size, color and type.  Our primary rose growers have outdone themselves with quality this year, and now is the time to come browse through the fields in full bloom.  Floribundas, Grandifloras, Hybrid Teas, Landscapes, Minis, Climbers, Patio Trees, 36" Trees, all are prime right now.

In addition to Roses, we have a knockout selection of Japanese Maples, with many new trees just arrived from some of the best growers in the country.  We have a fine selection of one gallons, three gallons, and some very impressive specimens at very reasonable prices.  Uprights, weeping forms, sun tolerant maples, and those for shade are all here in profusion.  The maples from the 'Ghost' series are spectacular this year, as are the 'Floating Clouds' Ukigumo, and the Full Moon, Shirasawanum Aureum.

As you know, we are the 'Vegetable Headquarters' for Alameda County.  We have so many varieties of Tomatoes that I can't begin to list them all.  Just as an example, in the past week, we have had over 6 varieties of Cherry Tomatoes alone....Chocolate Cherries, Sungolds, Sweet One Hundreds, White Cherries, Plain old Cherries, large Cherries, Juliet Cherries, Green Cherries, and on and on!  We have also finally gotten (and sold through) the first shipment of my personal favorite, Black Zebra.  But don't miss out on the Abe Lincolns, Black Prince, Aunt Ruby's Green German, and so so so many others.  We also have found a wonderful new Organic Vegetable grower, and we are bringing in fabulous new varieties of squash, lettuce, cucumbers (including the delicious Persian Cucumbers) and a whole selection of Organic Herbs.
