Ground Cover roses, considered Landscape roses, are generally care-free, though they do respond well to regular fertilizing. They typically are relatively low growing (under 3 feet), but will spread to 4 or 5 feet with ease. This class of rose rarely needs deadheading or spraying, and will do well with minimal care.
