Party Time is a hybrid tea. The petals are red to yellow, edged in a deep pin. The flowers have up to 30 petals with a sweet, licorice or sweet anise fragrance. Overall good disease resistance. It is a hardy rose, surviving in winters to -10 F. When mature, it is from 3 to 5 feet in height.
