Ship Dates Vary Depending on Your Climate Zone
Regan ships roses from early January through late April. Roses are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. For customers in cold weather areas, the roses will be carefully packaged while still dormant, and put into cold storage. These will then be shipped at your requested delivery date.

International Shipping Requirements
Before ordering from outside the United States, please contact us. Your order must be quoted on an individual basis. You must check with your country's agricultural department for import restrictions and requirements. This is because all international shipments must be accompanied by a Phyto Certificate*. (Add $35 to $40 per order for the Certificate.) When you know your country's requirements, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get just the rose you want.
* A Phyto Certificate certifies that a specific crop was inspected a predetermined number of times and specified diseases were not found. A certificate may also be issued based on area surveillance stating that a specific disease, as far as known, does not occur in the area of production.
